Lease Takeover- 2013 335i coupe Mineral white/Coral red M-Sport loaded

Hey guys, I wanted to post this locally. I am trying to get out of my lease.

This car is brand new but some unfortunate personal events have lead me to try to find a new owner for the car. The car itself is flawless, only a few months old and it is parked underground in my garage.

Leased Feb 2013, 36 months 36k miles extra miles over $0.20, currently the car has about 7,900 miles.

2013 BMW 335i Coupe Mineral White Metallic with Red Leather

The car is fully loaded with the following options:

Automatic Transmission
M Sport Package
Premium Package with Red Leather
Navigation
Heated Seats
comfort access
Bluetooth
Dark Burl Interior

Lease Details:

Monthly payment, incl. taxes $626
Monthly payment without tax $575 (tax is recalculated based on the zip code of the person who assumes the lease)
Purchase Option at end of lease $35,420.80
Total Miles allowed 36,000
Original lease term (months) 36
Lease expiry date 2/1/2016
Lease protection Plan included in monthly cost covers up to $4,500 in damages at lease turn in, including tire wear, scratches, dents, and wheel dings.

I negotiated a hell of a deal and put nothing down besides paying for the lease damage insurance. So this is a great deal for anyone who is looking for an e92 and can't find one because of the end of production.

Pricing:
Takeover monthly payment of $626.16 ($575 +tax) and pay transfer fee of $500 to BMWFS

Let me know if you have any questions, I am located in San Francisco, CA. I am willing to discuss the details and costs with you if you are interested.

Nice car, but most people put down some incentive to get out of their leases...It's just an FYI.

Maybe it's a cash payment, sometimes it could be covering the lease transfer fee or throwing in the insurance, or some combination. I would check out leasetrader.com to see what people offer.

Good luck, as this is a desirable color combo.

Thanks for the comments. It would be tough to find a 335 coupe nowadays with 4 series production just starting. I can only find 2 in the bay area based on google inventory. This car is nearly brand new and if someone wants a 335 instead of a 4 series now, they can have this one!

not sure what you mean? That's the shift knob that came on the car...

2013 coupes were still e92's
2013 sedans were f30 with new styling and different shift knobs.

Did you see a knob in a 2013 sedan and compare it to the one in my coupe?

That's the way they come for the late models as well..they didn't change it until the F30 series

I'm on lease trader, craigslist, and tradeAlease. I previously assumed a lease from leasetrader so I was familiar with the site. I may have to put it on swapalease as well if the car doesn't move.

Would you care to let us know when you have traded your lease?

Id love to be able to do what you do. Negotiate a 0$ down lease and have someone else assume them 10months later. That way I get to drive in new cars all the time. You pretty much earn money by having your payments applied to a higher rate of depreciation.

I didn't negotiate my lease so that I can be in this situation. My company used to pay the payments on my car, then they downsized and now I need to consolidate my finances.
