Used oil disposal question

where can I dispose of (recycle) old motor oil? I'm located in the GTA.

If you are in Etobicoke I suggest the Humber River...

I just replaced my own oil once, and for that time I went to a garage close to home and "asked" how much he would charge me to dispose my oil... of course he was nice enough to just take it

Now, if you do it often I don't think your close by garage would do it as a favour all the time.

You could try Canadian Tire. I'm told they'll take it in small quantities like the 6 or 7L from an oil change.
