Recommended specs for BBS CH/CKs?

Ok Folks,

I think I've narrowed it down. I am going to go with either BBS CHs or BBS CKs in 18 inch diameter.

What I am need help is the actual specifications of the wheels so that the following requirements are met:

* No spacers! I want the wheels to fit directly onto the hub.
* As flush as possible with the fenders without causing any rubbing either on the front or the rear. I have stock sport suspension with no intention on lowering the car at all!

Please post the recommended widths and offsets for E90 pre-lci car.

Also, vendors, please PM with quotes for the wheels only shipped to 60640. I need to purchase a set soon because my two stock wheels are bent.

Thanks in advance everyone!

I believe the BBS has an offset between 30 to 40 for the e9x.
Not sure about the exact offset of those wheels.

Based on my research and experience, the following would be ideal on a pre-LCI E90 hoping to run the widest tires possible:

19x9 ET35 with 255/35/19
19x10 ET33 with 285/30/19 (may need fender roll)

I appreciate your input, but I want 18"s. Plus, you are not telling me how wide those wheels are in your proposal.

I did specify the widths.

18x9 ET35 with 255/40/18
18x10 ET33 with 285/35/18 (may need fender roll)

See if they make the wheels you want in sizes close to those. Those will be flush with both the fender and strut.

I know they make the BBS CH in 18x8.5 ET35 and 18x10 ET40. In that case, you'll be fine running 235/40/18 and 265/35/18. It won't be flush but it'll look better than stock.

Thank you Sir! I must have missed the widths in your previous post. An obvious brain
fart on my behalf!

Great info! I appreciate it!

I don't think CHs are going to give you the fitment you want without spacers. For some reason BBS was very conservative with the offset on the CHs. I chose to run spacers to bring them out a bit.

Here are the offsets and sizes that are available for the two wheels you're interested in.

BBS CH:
18x8.5 ET35
18x10 ET40

BBS CK:
18x8.0 ET45
18x8.5 ET34

Both will work, however, the CK is going to require you to run spacers if you're looking to go staggered. Feel free to drop me a PM and I'll be more than happy to help you out with this!
