Not long picked up my
BMW 335i M Sport Sparkling Graphite Grey Coral Red Leather Electric Folding Mirrors Front Sliding Armrest Navigation - Proffesional BMW assist, and online portal Voice Control Bluetooth Paddle Shift 225m Alloys Recently added light smoke window tints at the front, and i think that will be it for the time being in the modding department. I didnt seem to come across many Sparkling Graphite Grey M sports with Red seats, but to me it seemed like one of the nicest combinations. ![]() The BMW doesnt feel as quick as my old car, but it is indeed a hell of a lot nicer to drive, so much more comfortable and effortless. Hope you like, and comments welcome ![]() ![]() ![]() Sorry for the quality of the images, iPhone's really suck in that department. James Last edited by jammy87; 04-02-2010 at 05:23 AM.. |

Very nice (but I would say that as it's the same colour combo as my old 335d!). Needs some black grills to match the shadowline.
Coral red is so much better in the flesh - never looks like it should in pictures. What did you drive before?

Thanks for the comments guys,
The black grills are nice, but it seems to be a fairly popular modification. Im quite keen on the chrome ones, but you never know i may end up changing them! ![]() I used to have a Ford Focus ST3 (not in the chavtastic orange before that question gets thrown my way lol, modified running 293bhp, and 365 lb ft torque), so its a nice upgrade from that to this. Its a lot smoother, no lag, refined and more responsive. |

I think you will find the 335i will be quicker above 100mph. And much quicker
from a standing start. The 335s are deceptively quick. Focus st, fwd. Boosty will always "feel" quick.

I am aware that statically the BMW is quicker. 0-60 time 1/4 time. And most likely "Ring" times also. But I do know the 30+ was very very quick in the Focus. But speed isn’t everything, its half, and the other half is handling. In my book the BMW is an all round better car, and most likely just as fun if not more fun than the focus. To compare the two isn’t really fair, but going from one to the other is the only time to compare in my book.
In regards to the "The 335s are deceptively quick" comment, I couldn’t agree more. I have a Jaguar X type 3.0ltr and that is the same, obviously not BMW pace, but because of the smooth ride, thick tires and dreamy suspension set up that is exactly the same. Thanks for the comments guys! |
