Rear view mirror fell off.

Rear view mirror fell off from where it attaches to the windshield. What is the best way to reattach it? Does BMW sell specific adhesive? I don't want to use some odd aftermarket glue that will leave residue on the glass.

I worked at a windshield shop and when we had the mirror buttons fall off we would just glue them all back on with the same glue. I'm not sure if we had special glue or not but I'm sure you could just stop off at a repair shop and for 5 bucks they could quickly glue it on for you.
