hello there, I am just wondering if it would fit (the QDF 10N ) my 1 series BMW e87 120D, year of manufacture November 2007, 6MT ?
I understand the 1 and the 3 series share a lot of subframe and drivertrain components.

Which code LSD from QUAIFE should i get?

Do you do the 2011 335D (11/10 build date)? It has a ratio of 2.81:1 or there abouts. The website only showed 3.08:1 and higher unless i missed something. I would like to keep the dame ratio to continue getting 38 -40 mpg on freeway. A guy a little bit up thread asked about 335D also but i didn't see a reply so forgive me if this is repetitious.

All D's have a welding ring gear and there has not been any core availabilities so the only option is to machine your existing unit(3-4 weeks down time) or purchase a brand new final drive from BMW.

It's meant for professional installation so there is not any instructions for this unit. If you would like to attempt this install, you should do a search on a DIY and make certain you have all the tools necessary and technical know-how for the install.
