Yeah I've had horrible experience with there service department refuse to go there any more. When you have to go back 5 times to get a sunroof fixed and they damage a headrest, center console, shifter, rear tint, and leave white paste on the leather I think I call that bad service. Plus there car wastes removed a sticker off my rear window.

It just means you're giving me an average market price that most shops will do it for! I have already received quotes for a similar price from local authorized retailers of the same tint Murray BMW uses. These guys are seriously something else- what a joke. They are so little of people and so corporate they feel they have to win at every point.

LOL!! Sucks you had a bad experience @ Murray's!!
I can tell you that I did buy my used E90 from them and at 1st I was looking at a preowned 335i and I got pre approved but could not make it there to the next day the online sales rep said he would hold it if I guaranteed I would be there on the certain date and time to commit buying it, of course I did. I headed out from Northern Colorado to get it. To find out I get there and another sales rep sold the damn car like 20 minutes before I got there.

I was so pissed off!! The sales rep whom I talked to on the phone would not bring his ass outside to apologize and the sales rep whom I was dealing with as I arrived said he was new and not knowing the procedures there @ Murray as they do-not hold vehicles for customers even if they were pre-qualified. Basically saying 1st come, 1st served.

~ The sales rep ( as I arrived there, not the one I was dealing with over the phone and lied ) and manager both got involved in my upset situation (keep in mind this was the mercedes side of the dealership as they were the ones whom was selling that 335i, they said they are the same company).

Either way, they wanted to make things right and my experience afterwards was much better and I did end up buying a E90 from them at a wonderful price and it was in better condition than the 335i (even though it didn't have the HP) but I did get awd and it will be better w/ the winters snow days around these parts . Not only that... they gave me a free BMW hat (yahoo!! ).
The extended warranty which the finance manager tried to sell me was outrageous as they tried to sell me a 2/24 for $2500 but I declined.

So thats my Murray experience.

^that sounds about right that the sales person you dealt with over the phone was new and didn't know what he was doing. I don't know of a dealership that would hold a car for anyone unless you put some $ down....especially holding a car for more than a day with no money down at all...

You know an E90 is a sedan and E92 is a coupe, right? With that said, I take it you got yourself a 328xi instead of a 335i?

$2500 for an extended warranty seems about average to me
