But if you had a "simple" bolt-on m3 front fender isnt the whole point getting those awesome flared wide fenders? Your going to need a new front bumper anytime you get wider front fenders.
But if your talking about a stock e92 front fender with the m3 grills in them, than yes it will work with non-m parts, but will also just be ricey having no purpose. No one will buy those besides m3 posers.
