I had the same issue as previous post above and I had to take my car to get reprogrammed. ... my issue was when I bought my 335is, the salesman just gave me a key fob etc... and both my keys wasn't syncing with one and the other w/ the car so my local sa had to get po from az bmw to pay for it.. btw if u need get issue taken care. ...don't have your car in for service @ end of the wk cuz they don't reprogrammed on wkends.
