Yeah I think I'm going to go with black.
For a couple of reasons. For starters, I do plan to maybe do some minor after market mods so black should match just about any mod I want. Maybe something with lighting (I think blue LEDs would look cool).
Also for paint nicks/scratches, I think it would be easier to fix up a more standard color like flat black than it would for a more obscure color like Arctic.
Finally, if I ever want to sell the car down the road, it'll probably be easier to sell it in black than in Arctic.
Oh well. Arctic was cool and I don't really get the "macho-less" feel from it. Then again both times that I've seen it, its had a mean set of rims on it under show room lights.
