I have a upgraded amp in the car now.

yes, you can
but better compare the impedance on the speakers label and check if it matches the upgraded amplifier outputs

Yes you can. FYI the HK tweeters are metal and will probably require some DSP around 5-7kHz to eliminate harshness.
