The best and the only mobile holder to integrate with the E90s in an OEM style is the one in the following link and in photos. I installed it after trying literally all solutions in the market car specific and universal holders and all had problems. Either they would damage something or wouldn't look nice or hold strong. This one is just immaculate it slides easily in the CD slot and does not move at all. It looks OEM and is made of aluminum. Just wanted to share this with all since this holder is the only holder worth to buy and use.

That's far less great on the lci where the cd slot is on the bottom.

Anyway, I bought an Android auto box which makes the original idrive screen have android auto (wireless) so I won't be needing any phone mount anymore, I think that's the ultimate solution.

Here's mine, I'm cheap and don't like covering buttons/switches. 6 bucks at walmart, cut the bendy arm for just enough stickout to clear...

I have the Induktiv tray with the optional MagSafe ring built in. With my iPhone 14 it works perfectly. Holds the phone to charge(something my previous Inducktiv tray didn't do well) and looks OEM. No offense to the rest of you guys but I absolutely hate the 'stuck on' look of the phone sitting on an air vent clip.
