Radiator leek

Kind of hard to tell from the picture, but from my assumption i’m preett sure it’s leaking from the bottom rifht if the plug, it’s a new plug and all i did was push it in (not forcing but just pushing it in where it wanted to go in with out breaking the plastic pieces)
Am i suppose to twist the hex at all after i push it in? Am i suppose to screw the blue part in somehow? If anyone knows where it’s leaking from please let me know. I checked the hoses and there’s no leak from them. Please tell me i don’t have to buy a new radiator, and if i do are aluminum ones better since theres no plastic?

Is it leaking from the plug or from the end tank crimps?

Is this an OE BMW radiator or an aftermarket one?

Guess it needs to be pressed in and turned by 30 deg or so, if not turned. Note the stops.
